Jim is an absolute gem. We experienced appalling service with another provider after a brand new machine died within 10 days of purchase, and took 8 weeks to resolve. These guys are awesome! We turned up late on a Friday with the hope they could supply us a new or used part that was not longer supplied by the manufacturer of our fridge. They did not disappoint! While there we also found that they had a great range of white goods for sale that appeared to be lightly mark new units or second hand
