10/10 - Fast and friendly service, well priced for my fridge repair. I called a competitor first who advised ‘just go and buy a new fridge’. I’m glad I didn’t listen, and contacted Hunter Valley Whitegoods instead - you have saved me $$$ and my sanity.

Repair man, Tim arrived on time as scheduled, had problem under control within minutes. Cleaned up after spilling some water, Machine back "good as new" - give them a call, won't regret it. Tony h

Jim is an absolute gem. We experienced appalling service with another provider after a brand new machine died within 10 days of purchase, and took 8 weeks to resolve. Jim came to our rescue with a loan machine and I can’t thank him enough. Every time I called their office, their staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Jim and team!

Ah thank you so much Hunter Valley Whitegoods for coming out and fixing my fridge at such short notice on 26/6/2021 to Mayfield . The two guys that arrived were very professional and polite to my wife and daughter. It great to know that these guys take great pride in helping out people. The gentleman was extremely helpful both when I was in store and when I rung to order the product the following day. Delivery was cheap and anytime he referred to as me as "My Boy" it had a warm feeling about it

These guys are awesome! We turned up late on a Friday with the hope they could supply us a new or used part that was not longer supplied by the manufacturer of our fridge. They did not disappoint! While there we also found that they had a great range of white goods for sale that appeared to be lightly mark new units or second hand
